Amendments
Should a client change any part of agreed work Traditional PA reserves the right to impose an additional charge. We will discuss this with the client before additional charges are made.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is received 48 hours prior to work commencement – no charge will be made. If under 48 hours notice is given the client will be expected to pay an administration fee to cover work already undertaken. Cancellation charge will be indicated in each client’s individual quotation.

Liability
Traditional PA will wherever possible correct errors or admissions at no additional cost, provided we are advised in writing no later that 48 hours after work has been submitted. Traditional PA offer excellent attention to detail on all work undertaken. It is however the client’s responsibility to ensure all work is check thoroughly. Traditional PA will not accept liability for any errors or omissions in work that had not been officially approved by the client.
